How do I order?

Our plans, materials and publications can be ordered:

    directly online with payment via secure PayPal®.
    by filling the order form and paying cash on delivery.

Shipping method
The Plans and publications are delivered in digital format by e-mail as PDF files (tables), viewable with the free software Adobe Reader®.

As they are in large files (a few hundred MB) they are sent to the client using the free system WeTransfer. The recipient of the files receives an e-mail containing a link to the files that we have uploaded and can download them within 2 weeks. After this time the files will be automatically removed but, in case this occurs, we can at no cost make a second delivery.

Generally for delivery you may consider maximum 7 working days after receipt of payment via Paypal®.

During the holidays or during the month of August the delivery time may be subject to delays.

Payments

It is possible to make your order online from our site and pay it through Paypal® secure system.
By this system we never see your bank account numbers or credit card numbers. We only see your e-mail address, date of sign-up, and whether or not you have completed PayPal ®'s verification process. As soon as the payment procedure is completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once we receive your payment we will ship the goods as soon as possible to the billing address.

In case of shipment with payment cash on delivery the amount (including shipping costs) is made directly in cash to the postman who delivers the goods. If the recipient is not found the postman leaves a note with an invitation to go to the nearest post office to pick up the parcel. You must do this within a few days because after a certain period of time in storage the goods are returned to sender.

Warranty and Withdrawal Policy

We comply to the Italian law in force concerning deliveries by mail, which is: Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 - "Implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts."

In case of withdrawal the products must be returned intact in their original packaging.
We are not liable for incorrect use of the products purchased.

The withdrawal shall not apply to the "building plans" as they are equivalent to "building permits"
