Since 1990 BCA- Demco is the most known company operating in Italy in the field of amateur boat building: to the lovers of DIY we provide boat plans, publications, materials and different services, such as technical assistance and courses.
The catalog of plans BCA Demco includes over 60 plans of boats specially designed for amateur wooden building techniques. Most of the plans are for construction in marine plywood and epoxy resin (stitch and glue or other techniques) or in strip planking. The catalog includes dinghies, rowing boats and canoes from 2.20 m up to 5.50 m in length, motor yachts, multihulls and cabin cruisers up to 12 m in length. Almost all plans are our own design, a few of them are by other Italian yacht designers.
All plans are detailed, complete with building instructions, list of materials and we provide on request free telephone technical assistance during the construction.
The plans are available in English (unless otherwise specified).
The quality of our projects and of our assistance are witnessed by the fact that in almost 20 years many hundreds of plans have been sold and a lot of boats have been built with full satisfaction of our customers.
